Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation


Abstract
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) of the lung is a rare congenital lesion whose pathogenesis is not well defined. Currently, CCAM is often diagnosed antenatally by ultrasound, allowing prompt and appropriate medical and surgical management after birth. We report a cam of CCAM of the lung that are found in a male fetus of 20+4 woks of gestational age. Pathologically, this was fit to type iI lesion. Other anomalies wei e not associated.
